• Q. What are the current days/hours of operations for WRC?
  • A. The current WRC operates Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.
• Q. Do you know what the current lease on the building is – is it a month-to-month lease? Would they work with whoever wins the bid? What is the cost per month? What other utility costs are there?
  • A. The awardee of the WRC program will be responsible for establishing the program in a brick and mortar location, the usage of the current location would be between the property owner and the WRC, GCHD does not manage the facility/property.
• Q. Board of Directors? What is the current layout of that?
  • A. There is not a Board of Directors that manages this program. The program is provided oversight and monitoring by the Garrett County Local Behavioral Health Authority.
• Q. Is there a non-compete renewal option or is this year to year?
  • A. In general, for this type of contract there is a three (3) year renewal term based on the availability of funding and contract compliance.
