Garrett County Health Department employees dress in red on Friday February 4, 2022, on “National Wear Red Day” to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease! Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death among women in America, killing 1 in 3 mothers, sisters, wives, and daughters. But, lifesaving research that leads to medical breakthroughs for heart disease is changing that and that means even more survivors in the years ahead. Show your support by making a donation to the American Heart Association and make Garrett County Red by wearing red every Friday in February.
