FREE Car Seat Check with a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician – May 1, 2024 at Southern Garrett Rescue Squad

Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be available at the Southern Garrett County Rescue Squad in Oakland on May 1st from 3pm- 6 pm to provide FREE Car Seat Checks to the public. Schedule your appointment now! Technicians will complete a check-list and assist parents and caregivers to learn how to install their child’s car seat. “We are excited to have this opportunity available!” said Maria Friend Early Care Programs Director, “All parents can benefit from professional installation assistance to be sure their child’s car seat is properly installed!”
