A series of exercise demos are schedule at the Garrett County Health Fair and Family Fun Festival on April 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Garrett College CARC. A Jazzercise demo is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The Oakland Jazzercise Center’s demonstration will cover aerobic and strength training exercises in both high and low impact and intensity variations.
