A series of exercise demos are schedule at the Garrett County Health Fair and Family Fun Festival on April 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Garrett College CARC. A Jazzercise demo is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The Oakland Jazzercise Center’s demonstration will cover aerobic and strength training exercises in both high and low impact and intensity variations. Jazzercise is the original dance party workout and is celebrating its 50th anniversary! Jazzercise has stood the test of time by continuously evolving to get results.
