We are incredibly grateful for our community’s overwhelming response and the uplifting volunteer efforts reported in the first COVID-19 survey in March! Because of your responses, the Garrett County Joint Information Center launched the Garrett County Volunteer Portal at garretthealth.org/community.
In order to continue coordinating local resources and understand what Garrett County residents need and how we may be able to help others, we are asking you to take this anonymous, brief, and critical survey to provide another reference point for our efforts to support our local communities.
This survey features several of the same questions as the March survey in order to provide longitudinal data that captures the effects of COVID-19 within our community to better inform our data-driven decision making processes.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this very brief, anonymous survey!
Let’s stay hopeful and work together to support our neighbors, family, and friends.
You can help! – Please share this survey with your friends via email, social media, etc… The more feedback we gather, the better our data!
