PHYSICAL THERAPY HOME VISITS
The Garrett County Health Department will be accepting Request For Resume/Application (RFR/A) from a qualified applicant to provide Physical Therapy Home visits for the home health patients of the Garrett County Health Department across Garrett County.
Application documents may be obtained in-person from the Garrett County Health Department, Home Health Department, Attn: Rena Naylor, 1025 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD 21550. A copy of the application document can also be downloaded from the Garrett County Health Department’s website at: https://garretthealth.org/requestforproposals/. Please refer to the Attachment and Forms section on the website to download applicable attachments. Inquiries may be made by calling (301) 334-7750, Attn: Rena Naylor.
Applications shall be submitted to the Garrett County Health Department, Home Health Department, Attn: Rena Naylor, 1025 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD 21550 on or before Thursday June, 12 2025 @ 9:00AM EST for the Physical Therapy Home Visit solicitation.
Applications may be submitted via email to [email protected], via mail, or in person. Any applications received after the time due will not be considered and shall be retained as documentation for the solicitation file.
The Garrett County Health Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, to cancel this solicitation and waive technicalities in any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Garrett County Health Department.
