Products for Inclusion in Harvest Hub Meal Boxes
The Garrett County Health Department will be accepting Request for Quote (RFQ) submissions from qualified applicants to provide products for upcoming Harvest Hub Meal Boxes.
Application documents may be obtained online or in-person (with an appointment) from the Garrett County Health Department, Population Health, Innovation, and Informatics Unit, Attn: Shelley Argabrite, 1025 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD 21550. The application packet and fillable Word template for required Attachment 1 can be found 24/7 at the Garrett County Health Department’s website at https://garretthealth.org/funding-opportunities/. Inquiries may be made by calling 301-501-6161, Attn: Shelley Argabrite.
Applications shall be submitted to the Garrett County Health Department, Population Health, Innovation, and Informatics Unit, Attn: Shelley Argabrite, 1025 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD 21550 on or before July 7, 2025 @ 9:00AM EST for this RFQ.
Applications may be submitted via email to [email protected], via mail, or in person. Any applications received after the time due will not be considered and shall be retained as documentation for the RFQ file.
The Garrett County Health Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, to cancel this RFQ, and waive technicalities in any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Garrett County Health Department.
