RFP 19-100: FY2019 Strategic Workforce/Community Health and Wellness Consultant

DESCRIPTION OF DESIRED SERVICES:
Under the supervision of the Garrett Local Management Board’s Executive Director or his/her designee, the selected contractor shall be responsible for providing workforce and community health and wellness assessment and strategic plan/action plan for the Garrett County Local Management Board (LMB).

MAXIMUM AWARD AMOUNT: $52,000

OBTAINING SPECIFICATIONS & RESPONSE DOCUMENTS:
RFP 19-100 specification documents, including required attachments, will be available for download at mygarrettcounty.com. Documents may also be picked up at the LMB office during regular business hours or be emailed to you in response to a request sent to [email protected].

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Proposals will be received until April 22, 2019 for furnishing services and contract deliverable items described herein. Any proposals received after 4:30 PM on April 22, 2019 will not be considered for award. (Note that a postmark on or before April 22, 2019 may not be sufficient – the responses to this proposal must be physically received at the LMB office on or before 4:30 PM on April 22, 2019.)
Any and all questions concerning the specifications in this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing via e-mail to: Jennifer Loughry, Accountant at the following address: [email protected] on or before April 15, 2019.
The Garrett County Local Management Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this solicitation for proposals, to cancel this Request for Proposals and/or to waive technicalities in any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of LMB. The LMB also reserves the right to reject the Proposal of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or the Proposal of the bidder whose investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract.
