Physical Therapy:
Our physical therapy services include:
- Strengthening and flexibility exercises to restore movement
- Pain management techniques to reduce discomfort
- Balance and coordination training to prevent falls
- Post-surgical and post-injury rehabilitation
- Gait training to improve walking ability
- Education on safe body mechanics and injury prevention
