The Personnel Office, located in the Garrett County Health Center on Memorial Drive in Oakland, is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All individuals interested in current or future positions with the Health Department are encouraged to visit the Maryland Department of Budget and Management website.
