Background: The Garrett County Local Management Board (LMB) is seeking information from organizations and individuals who serve children and families in Garrett County as a part of the planning process for Fiscal Year 2027, which begins on July 1, 2026. Specifically, the LMB is accepting responses to a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on programs and/or strategies that relate to one or more of the LMB’s local priorities:

  • Alignment with the Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments, and Households (ENOUGH) Pillars to Prosperity
  • Alignment with ENOUGH Outcome Indicators, particularly those prioritized by the county’s ENOUGH-aligned communities
  • Alignment with 2025-27 Community Health Assessment (CHA) identified priorities

To respond to this RFI, please utilize the linked Google Form to provide contact information, a brief description of the program or strategy, and respond to questions about the program or strategy including how it relates to the identified local priorities. Consider how the program described might be able to be modified to increase impact on local priorities, including any necessary resources and a general timeline for implementing modifications.
