Please note, this program is coordinated by AHEC West, not the Garrett County Health Department.
Additional Notes About the ECHO Program:
ECHO is tailored for high school students aged 14-18 in the tri-state area, offering valuable exposure to various health careers and activities.
Please note that there is a $150.00 admission fee for participation in the week long event. However, we want to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder anyone from joining in the fun. The STEPS Committee is currently planning to offer a limited number of scholarships for students from Garrett County. Additional details regarding this process will be forthcoming.
Interested students must apply by May 31, 2024. ECHO acceptance letters from AHEC West will be mailed out the first week of June.
