The Allegany County and Garrett County Community Supports Partnership (CSP) is preparing to apply for Track 1 Funding of the Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports in response to the Request for Applications (RFA) released by the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC).
As the designated CSP for our region, we will include service providers within the application that we submit to the CHRC. Informational Meetings:
The CSP will hold two Coordinated Community Supports Informational Meetings to review the requirements, discuss needs, and answer questions from interested providers. Questions may be submitted ahead of the meeting(s) to [email protected].
