A series of exercise demos are schedule at the Garrett County Health Fair and Family Fun Festival on April 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Garrett College CARC. A REFIT demo is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. REFIT is a positive, dance cardio, fitness experience that fits everybody. What makes REFIT different from other similar formats is the fitness experience centers around helping people change from the inside. “Rev+Flow” by REFIT is a low-impact, high intensity strengthening and flexibility format – a one of a kind workout that’s kind to your body.
