The Garrett County Local Behavioral Health Authority (GCLBHA) is seeking a provider to manage a peer-led Wellness and Recovery Center (WRC) in Garrett County.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS: Mailed or hand delivered proposals will be received until 4:30 p.m. on February 23, 2026.

Any applications received after the time due will not be considered and shall be retained as documentation for the solicitation file. Applicants should ensure all required supplemental documentation is provided at time of delivery.

The Garrett County Health Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, to cancel this solicitation and waive technicalities in any part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Garrett County Health Department.
