The 2025 – 2027 Garrett County & Surrounding Region Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) has been published and is now available to browse online at https://mygarrettcounty.com/cha2027/.
We are incredibly appreciative of the growing participation from our community. Meaningful conversations and devoted partnerships frame the phases of this project to help create a resource that can be utilized for impactful community progress!
Now, the assessment is yours, and we invite you to review the report, explore the new zip code insights, try out the data analysis tools, and join/create action groups to work together on these topics!
