The Garrett County Health Department is searching for a consultant to evaluate activities associated with the Maryland Strategic Planning Framework grant to include: assessment, capacity building, planning, implementation and evaluation. Applicant must be knowledgeable about and have experience evaluating alcohol and drug prevention programs and be willing to attend 3-5 days of training provide by Maryland Behavioral Health Administration.
