The Garrett County Health Department’s Early Care Programs provide free monthly socialization events for children and families. They participate in parent-child learning activities and interact with other children. Prenatal moms and dads can attend, as well as families with children birth to age 5 years. Lunch is provided and reservations are required to attend. Each month a different activity is planned. For more information, please call 301-334-7720.
