The results are in!
1,513 people took the Garrett County Community Health Assessment Survey and told us what mattered the most to them.
The top 5 priorities identified are:
- Access to Healthcare
- Jobs, Wages, and Economic Development
- Affordable Housing
- Mental Health
- Health Insurance
We’d like you to join us for a FREE meal as we dig deeper into these issues with skilled facilitators. These conversations help us understand the individual experiences of community members and discuss gaps in services and solutions.
The final report will include a summary of these focus groups. The report helps agencies secure grant funding, guides the Garrett County Health Department’s and Garrett Regional Medical Center’s Strategic Plans, and connects with Mountain Laurel Medical Center’s plans and guiding documents.
FOOD & FEEDBACK
We only have ten seats available in each group.
If you can attend, we invite you to reserve a spot at one of the groups closest to your neighborhood.
PRIZES!
In addition to the meal, you will earn ten additional chances for the remaining prizes: a Kitchen Aid mixer, a Leaf Blower, and Apple AirPods!
We’re looking forward to talking with you. Thank you for your time!
