The Allegany County Local Behavioral Health Authority and Garrett County Local Behavioral Health Authority are seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified offerors to operate a Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Services (MCRSS) program for both Allegany and Garrett Counties.
