Play Hard Live Clean Scholarships Announced

Noah Aiken was recognized as the recipient of the 2019 Play Hard, Live Clean Scholarship at Northern High School’s Senior Awards Assembly. To be eligible for this $500 scholarship, Noah completed a PHLC Drug-Free pledge to abstain from alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and any other drug that creates an artificial high and agreed to a social media scan. Noah plans to use his scholarship to buy books at Virginia Tech’s School of Engineering this fall. Pictured with Noah is James Michaels, PHLC Coordinator at the Garrett County Health Department.
Jordan Rohrbaugh was recognized as the recipient of the 2019 Play Hard, Live Clean Scholarship at Southern High School’s Senior Awards Assembly. To be eligible for this $500 scholarship, Jordan completed a PHLC Drug-Free pledge to abstain from alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and any other drug that creates an artificial high and agreed to a social media scan.
