Just Like You!
We all know kids love to imitate adults, and they are usually so cute when they do it. But, sometimes it’s anything but cute!
If you are a smoker, you don’t want the children in your life to follow your example, and you don’t want them to be breathing in all those chemicals that are in second hand smoke.
The Garrett County Health Department’s Just Like You! Program reminds all adults that little eyes are always watching, and are ready to imitate the good…and the bad. Be a positive role model for all those little eyes.
This month’s video is a reminder that second hand smoke is a safety concern for everyone, but especially kids. Protect them by not smoking around them, or better yet, be a positive role model by quitting for good! Their little lungs will thank you, and so will yours!

Just Like You! is partially funded by Behavioral Health Administration and SAMHSA.
