Immunizations for Children
This service is offered to protect children from birth to age 18 from certain preventable childhood illnesses. The nurse will review immunizations, ascertain if the child is current on immunizations, administer immunization, and review potential adverse reactions. Please call to verify cost of visit.
Hours of Operation: in Oakland, Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; in Grantsville, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Appointments are required.

Immunization Clinic
This service is offered to protect adults from certain preventable illnesses. The nurse will review immunizations, ascertain if the person is current on immunizations, administer immunization, and review potentail adverse reactions. Please call to verify cost of visit.
Vaccines that are offered include: Pre-Exposure Rabies, Hepatitis A & B, HPV, Influenza, Meningococcal, Pertussis, Shingles, MMR, Pneumococcal, Tetanus, Varicella and Tuberculin Skin Testing, overseas travel information. Blood titers to assess immunity status may be completed if applicable.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.. Administration of vaccine and immunity titers are provided on Tuesdays unless previous arrangements have been made. In Grantsville, certain Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Call for current schedule and appointments are required.
