The Garrett County Health Department, Health Education and Outreach division is searching for a consultant to facilitate efforts to open a Garrett County Recovery House. Candidate would be expected to research recovery house models, participate in meetings, be responsive to requests related to grant-seeking, community mobilization, capacity-building, and organizational development, Master’s degree preferred, but Bachelor’s is acceptable. Candidate should be a self-starter, knowledgeable about substance abuse treatment and recovery, familiar with the Garrett County culture, and have experience as a consultant or facilitator.
