The Accident Community Planning group recently partnered with the local Girl Scout Troop 10070 to provide plates of cookies to the local Veterans Post #208, residents at Cherry Hill Assisted Living and Town View Village, and 25 other local residents. βThis event focused on storing your medications in a secure location & disposing of them properly,β said Sharon Custer, Outreach Worker at the Garrett County Health Department. βThe message from the Girl Scout Troop was: Help keep us safe! Safeguard your medicines.β Pictured above with some of their goodies from left to right are Kelsie Harding, Avery Fry, Morgan Fry, Josie Wampler, Lilianna Browning, Adrianne Spiker, Elizabeth Cosner, Allison Mullenax.
