What is Mind-Body Medicine?
Mind-body medicine is a scientific-based approach to helping relieve stress, heal trauma, and build resilience.
What will I learn?
In this program, you will learn to enhance your capacity for self-care/self-awareness through various forms of meditation, guided imagery and biofeedback, as well as the use of drawings, keeping journals, movement, and more.
When are classes held?
Each class consists of 2-hour sessions held for 8 consecutive weeks. The next 8-week class begins Thursday, October 7th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. For other class times, please give us a call. Registration is required.
