In an effort to handle requests for Septic, Well and Percolation Test information more efficiently, the Environmental Health Unit of the Garrett County Health Department has a new information request page that can be found at: https://bit.ly/eh-request

This new online form is part of the Garrett County Health Department’s digital transformation project series to make public information more accessible and develop additional online forms to improve stakeholder satisfaction.
