The Garrett County Health Department’s Population Health, Innovation, and Informatics Unit is launching a new series of data-driven reports based on the recent 2019-2021 Garrett County & Surrounding Region Community Health Assessment.

These reports, beginning with the new addition on chronic diseases, will highlight the data found throughout this process, action groups on mygarrettcounty.com that are working to address these issues, and other community supports.
