New Round of Cessation Classes Begins October 2nd

The Garrett County Health Department has scheduled a free tobacco cessation class beginning Wednesday, October 2 at 5:30 pm at their Oakland Office. This class is open to users of all types of tobacco, including cigarettes, smokeless, and electronic smoking devices, and includes choice of free cessation aids, including nicotine patches, nicotine gum or lozenges, or the prescription drugs Zyban or Chantix. The class and cessation aids are funded by the Maryland Cigarette Restitution Fund Program.
