The Garrett County Health Department and the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter are hosting a training called “Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body.” The event is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Garrett College, beginning at 10:45 a.m.
Research is still evolving, but evidence is strong that people can reduce their risk of cognitive decline by making key lifestyle changes, including participating in regular physical activity, staying socially engaged and maintaining good heart health.
Attend this event to learn tips and strategies for leading a healthy lifestyle for your brain and body.
