Macey Roszell Chosen as Health Department Employee of the Quarter

Macey Roszell has been selected as Employee of the Quarter at the Garrett County Health Department. Macey is in charge of the front desk in the Dental Clinic, and was nominated because she treats patients with kindness, is always smiling, and has a happy go lucky attitude. “Although she has taken on a lot more job duties, and billing for dental has recently become much more work, the fact that a recent “Unpaid Claims Report” showed a $0 balance reflects the amazing job she is doing at keeping up with the billing,” said her coworker. “She is very intelligent and explains things well when patients do not understand or have questions. She is always willing to learn new things to help someone else out.” In addition to all of her front desk duties and assisting the dentist, Macey is on the B Social 4 Health committee and QI committee where Macey’s positive energy is contagious.
