For the Community:
The MOM Program provides enhanced case management services for pregnant Medicaid members with opioid use disorder. The program supports participants during pregnancy and for up to one year after the baby is born. Participants who enroll will meet monthly with a case manager to come up with a care plan for them and their baby. Our goal is to offer the community resources you need to help you have a healthy pregnancy. Enroll by visiting health.maryland.gov/enrollMOM.
For Providers:
Maryland has launched the MOM Program to help pregnant Medicaid members with opioid use disorder. A toolkit is available to providers to help enroll participants in the program. Sharing this crucial messaging to patients who qualify for the MOM program will ensure they have a healthier pregnancy and postpartum support. To access the toolkit, please reach out.
