The Garrett County Health Department’s Behavioral Health Department is seeking a full time or part time Licensed Therapist to work as an independent consultant. The main purpose of this position is to provide diagnostic services, individual, couple, family and group therapy services at any of the approved office locations. Applicants must possess a current license as an LCSW-C or LCPC from the state of Maryland and must obtain liability insurance prior to start date. Psychiatric Care
DESCRIPTION:
The Garrett County Health Department’s Center for Behavioral Health, an outpatient mental health clinic, is soliciting competitive quotes for 4-6 hours per month of psychiatric services including medical evaluations and medication checks. On-site provision of psychiatric services is preferred however, telemedicine visits will be considered. The purpose of this invitation is to acquire the services of a Board Certified Psychiatrist or Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The Center for Behavioral Health has a full-time Psychiatrist who serves as the Medical Director with 20 full and part time mental health and substance abuse clinicians.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
There is flexibility in scheduling but visits must be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
