Additional Location for Medication Disposal Available

Residents of Garrett County have a new location where they can properly dispose of medication. A permanent drop box has been added at the Oakland Town Hall for disposal of prescription and over-the-counter pills and patches. Drop boxes are also available in the lobbies of the Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police barrack.
